Overview

The Cyber Security Coordinator oversees the client onboarding processes and day-to-day relations with MMA’s Cyber Security consulting clients. This individual will act as a point of contact to our clients for all service requests. They assist in keeping our client information up to date in our agency management system and files, providing an exceptional service experience, and collaborating internally to meet project deadlines, produce exceptional client deliverables, and answer client inquiries.

Responsibilities

CYBER PRACTICE 
• Works closely with Cyber Security Consultants to manage and retain client relationships 
• Develops and maintains understanding of clients’ overall cyber security needs and future needs
• Collects and maintains key client-related data
• Manage client intake form 
• Create analysis dashboards for client activities 
• Creates and disseminates project status updates to each client on a pre-determined basis
• Schedules client meetings and touch points for Cyber Security Consultants
• Communicate and follow up with clients on deliverables, dates, and deadlines
• Communicates status updates to appropriate MMA departments
• Acts as primary escalation contact for client questions and concerns
• Coordinate with Cyber Consultants to ensure excellent, timely, and consistent client delivery 
 
DATA AND PROCESS INTEGRITY
• Consistently follows client service procedures and appropriately engages internal resources such as procedure manuals and tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy of execution
• Accurately maintains complete client files including the clear documentation of policy information, activities, attachments, and correspondence
• Achieves desired levels of data completeness and process integrity by consistently meeting project timelines, quality metrics, and goals 
 
PEER RELATIONSHIPS
• Provides feedback and shares information at team meetings
• Participates in ongoing scheduled meetings with service team to discuss accounts, service needs, service platform, etc.
• Develops successful and effective working relationships with service team members, managers, and members of other departments
• Communicates effectively with team and provides timely and complete information to allow them to effectively manage service execution
 

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Two (2) years of related experience
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite

 PREFERRED:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Insurance or related field
• Proficiency with SmartSheet
